Quantum Warranty
All Quantum brand products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Quantum products that fail at any time will be replaced under warranty if it is determined that the failure was due to a defect in workmanship or material. Some exclusions may apply, see product pages for specific warranty information.
This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable. Improper use or installation of the product voids this warranty. Quantum is not responsible for incidental costs resulting from failure of the product.
In the unlikely event that you should need to request a warranty, please contact our customer service team to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. Once we determine the cause of the failure, we will proceed with your warranty claim. This process will require you to provide information about the vehicle and the product installation. Please note, in some cases, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of their warranty replacement.

Before the part is installed, the customer is responsible for verifying that the part number on the part and the box match the part number of the part ordered.

Walbro/TI Automotive Warranty
All Walbro/TI Automotive products come with a limited warranty. Products that fail prematurely may qualify for replacement if the failure is determined to be due to a defect in workmanship or materials. This warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable. The warranty is voided by improper use, installation, or repair of the product. Quantum Fuel Systems is not responsible for any incidental costs resulting from the product failure.
Quantum Fuel Systems will provide one warranty replacement for the original Walbro or TI Automotive product within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Quantum Fuel Systems will send out your warranty pump after your failed pump has been received. Warranty claims made after this 60-day period must be directed to Walbro/TI Automotive. For instructions on how to proceed with Walbro/TI Automotive's warranty process, please contact us.
Alternatively, if your claim is outside the 60-day period, Quantum Fuel Systems offers to replace the Walbro/TI Automotive pump with a Quantum Fuel Systems manufactured pump that is interchangeable with the original, with a 15% discount. Note that not all Walbro/TI Automotive pumps have an interchangeable Quantum Fuel Systems equivalent, and this option is subject to product availability.
