The Walbro F90000274 450LPH pump is one of the highest flowing in-tank fuel pumps on the market, and is E85 safe to boot, AND has a higher pressure relief valve than its cousin, the F90000267. This higher release valve is useful in forced induction applications with rising rate fuel pressure regulators. The F90000274 has a relief valve setting of 112psi, whereas the F90000267 has a pressure relief setting of 87psi. So, although both pumps flow identically (450LPH), the F90000274 can be useful for higher boost forced induction applications. It should be noted that both the F90000267 and F90000274 are both perfectly fine to be used on naturally aspirated applications.

The higher relief valve of the F90000274 has neither a benefit, nor a detriment for n/a setups. Walbro designed the pump to meet the requirements of modern turbocharged applications where a single 255LPH fuel pump is insufficient.

The pump uses a turbine style design which incorporates two composite plastic blades, just like our QFS 255LPH pumps. The turbine design lends itself to extremely quiet operation, especially compared to Walbro's previous "gerator" pump design that had metal gears which were notorious for a very loud whining noise which could easily be heard over even the loudest aftermarket exhaust setups.

The Walbro 450LPH pump can flow anywhere from 15-120psi (the bypass valve is set higher than Walbro's previous fuel pumps, which were around 85psi). Final fuel pressure is determined by your fuel pressure regulator. Please note that this is an aftermarket fuel pump, and some modifications may be required to get it to fit. The overal size is very similar to Walbro's previous generation GSS340/GSS341/GSS342, however the base is slightly enlarged as shown in the pictures. Please email us with any installation questions. We specialize in fuel systems, and can help out with any questions, or small parts you may need.

Horsepower capabilities? No other in-tank pump on the market can come close. This pump can support over 800hp using larger than stock fuel lines. This pump can still support significantly more power than a Walbro 255LPH pump even when using stock fuel lines. We stock USA-made Phenix Industries universal bypass regulators for EFI applications with any fittings you need (-6AN, -8AN, etc). Give us a call with any questions!

Install kit included as pictured.
