Quiet and powerful: The Walbro F90000262 400 LPH pump was designed to meet the requirements of modern turbocharged applications where a single 255 LPH fuel pump is insufficient. The pump uses a turbine style design which incorporates two composite plastic blades, just like the HFP 255 LPH pumps, as well as the Aeromotive 340 LPH pump. The turbine design lends itself to extremely quiet operation, especially compared to Walbro's older "gerator" pump design that had metal gears which were notorious for a loud, whining noise which could be heard over even the loudest aftermarket exhaust setups.

The Walbro 400LPH pump can flow anywhere from 0-120 psi (the bypass valve is set higher than Walbro's previous fuel pumps, which were around 85 psi). Final fuel pressure is determined by your fuel pressure regulator. Please note that this is an aftermarket fuel pump, and some modifications may be required make it fit. The overall size is very similar to Walbro's previous generation GSS340/GSS341/GSS342, however the base is slightly enlarged.
The F90000262 is capable of supporting over 800 horsepower when using larger than stock fuel lines but this pump can still support significantly more power than a Walbro 255 LPH pump even when using stock fuel lines. Due to the higher amperage draw of this pump, a hotwire kit should be used. An aftermarket Fuel Pressure Regulator (FPR) is also highly recommended.
