Shipping & Deliveries
Same Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00PM PST Mon-Fri ship same day.
Wholesale Distributors & Dealers: Our standard processing time for wholesale orders and large volume orders is 7-14 business days. While we aim for prompt shipment, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, seasonality, and unforeseen circumstances. Your patience is appreciated. For urgent inquiries or special requests, please contact our sales team.
USA: We offer free outbound shipping for all fuel pump orders over $70 for retail customers. Smaller items ship via USPS Ground Advantage could take 4-6 days for delivery. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. FedEx and UPS delivery estimates are calculated by number of business days the order will be in transit. Therefore, a package ordered on Thursday before 2:00PM PST that is shipped via FedEx 2Day or UPS 2nd Day Air will not arrive until the following Monday unless Saturday delivery is selected. Please note, Saturday delivery is an extra charge and not offered to all addresses. USPS delivers on Saturday’s nationwide at no additional cost.
International Shipping: We ship to all countries via FedEx, UPS, and USPS Priority Mail International. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by the customs department in the destination country. Shipping rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. To get an estimate of the duties and taxes that will be owed on your package, please visit your country's customs department website. Quantum Warranty Information
All Quantum brand products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Quantum products that fail at any time will be replaced under warranty if it is determined that the failure was due to a defect in workmanship or material. Some exclusions may apply, see product pages for specific warranty information.
This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable. Improper use or installation of the product voids this warranty, and Quantum is not responsible for incidental costs resulting from failure of the product.
In the unlikely event that you should need to request a warranty, please contact our customer service team to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. Once we determine the cause of the failure, we will proceed with your warranty claim. This process will require you to provide information about the vehicle and the product installation. Please note, in some cases, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of their warranty replacement.

Walbro / TI Automotive Warranty Information
There is a Limited warranty on all Walbro/TI Automotive products. Any Walbro or TI Automotive products that fail prematurely may qualify for replacement if it is determined that the failure was due to a defect in workmanship or material. This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable.
Improper use, installation, or repair of the product voids this warranty, and Quantum Fuel Systems is not responsible for incidental costs resulting from the failure of the product. Quantum Fuel Systems will provide one (1) warranty replacement of the original Walbro or TI Automotive product within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. All warranty claims placed beyond this 60-day period will need to be sent directly to Walbro/TI Automotive.
Alternatively, Quantum Fuel Systems will offer to replace a Walbro/TI Automotive pump outside of the 60-day period with a Quantum Fuel Systems manufactured pump that is interchangeable with the original pump purchased. Please note that Quantum Fuel Systems does not manufacture an interchangeable pump for all Walbro/TI Automotive pumps and this option is subject to availability of the product.
Third-Party Product Warranties
All other product brands (i.e. AEM, Injector Dynamics, RC Fuel Injection, S&B Filters) will require the customer to contact the manufacturer directly to request a warranty. Please contact customer service for the contact information for a specific third-party manufacturer.
Cancellation Policy
Due to our same day shipping policy, products that are in stock tend to ship out soon after they are ordered. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, it is your responsibility to contact us ASAP at 1-818-574-FUEL (3835). Please call us directly - do not use email for cancellation requests. Cancellation is not always possible as we ship same day.
Return Policy
At Quantum Fuel Systems, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure a smooth return process. You have a 30-day window to initiate a return from the date of purchase, but please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To begin a return, please use our Contact Us page, include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Please be aware that our payment processor locks transactions after 180 days, after this period we cannot issue a refund and may only issue store credit in special circumstances.
While we do offer the option to exchange products, be aware that extra charges may apply depending on the specifics of the exchange. Quantum Fuel Systems reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange requests that do not meet our established return policy criteria. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for the return process. Please adhere to these instructions diligently, as products returned without prior approval will not be accepted, and we will not be responsible for any associated costs.
Once the returned item reaches our facility, we aim to process returns within 2 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed, which may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
At Quantum Fuel Systems, we understand the importance of timely refunds and strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after initiating the return process, we recommend contacting your financial institution promptly. In the event that you have closed the card or account used for the original transaction, it's essential to reach out to your bank to determine where the funds will be rerouted.
Please note that Quantum Fuel Systems does not issue checks for refunds. However, in cases where all efforts to resolve the issue with your bank have been exhausted, we may consider issuing the refund via PayPal as an alternative method.
If your bank has rejected a refund that Quantum Fuel Systems processed, we are unable to reattempt the refund until the block from your bank has been cleared. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in such circumstances as we work to resolve any issues efficiently.

Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal, AfterPay, Sezzle, Venmo (through PayPal), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please contact us directly to arrange a bank transfer. Please note that for large orders or orders not shipped to the billing address we may need to contact you to arrange a bank transfer payment.

We do our best to keep our website comprehensive and accurate, however, part numbers and other information change often. Please make sure you check and verify fitment information before purchasing.
