Thank you for your interest in Quantum Fuel Systems products. We value our customers and strive to provide excellent customer service and technical support to our dealers. Please fill out the application to begin the process of setting up an account with Quantum. Once you have completed this application, one of our sales representatives will contact you to setup your dealer or wholesale account and assist you with your first order.
WHOLESALE & DEALER SHIPPING
Order Fulfillment Timeline:
Wholesale orders are fulfilled based on order volume and warehouse capacity. While we aim to ship all wholesale orders within 7–14 business days, many orders ship sooner. Please note that seasonal demand, particularly during the summer months, may impact our processing times due to high retail volume.
Shipping Charges:
• Free shipping is not extended to wholesale & dealer accounts.
• All large stocking orders and international shipments will incur shipping charges.
• Shipping costs will be calculated based on package dimensions, weight, and destination.
Carriers & International Shipping:
We offer both FedEx and UPS International shipping options. If you prefer to use your own carrier:
• Please notify our team when submitting your Purchase Order (PO).
• You may provide your own shipping labels or schedule a pickup with your preferred carrier.
• Duties, Taxes, & Customs Fees are not collected by QFS. All international Duties, Taxes, & applicable Customs Fees will be billed directly to the receiver of the shipment.
General Notes:
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
• Signature may be required upon delivery depending on order value and carrier requirements.
• Orders containing third-party or backordered items may experience additional delays.

DROPSHIPPING ACCOUNTS
Quantum Fuel Systems supports dealer partners who utilize dropshipping. However, in alignment with our shipping and dealer terms, dropshipping accounts are not eligible for free outbound shipping on any orders. This policy applies regardless of order value and is intended to help us manage logistics and fulfillment fairly across all customer types. If you operate under a dropship model and have questions about your account status or shipping charges, please contact our Dealer Support.
INACTIVE ACCOUNTS
Dealer accounts that have not placed an order in two years will be deactivated. We will keep your account but the dealer pricing will be removed. You will receive an email notification when this is done and you may make a new purchase at anytime to restore your dealer pricing. We will not delete your account unless by your request, your order history will be available to view until the account is deleted.
MAP POLICY
